Welcome to my site -
I love photography. I love the feeling of capturing a fleeting moment, or one of life's little hiccups that passes in front of my camera as I'm lucky enough to snap the shutter and freeze it forever.
Photography allows me to stop time and relive the beautiful moments in life that I would otherwise forget.

Now the boring stuff -
I began shooting seriously in college which led to my work at several newspapers and magazines. Those were the days of film - I know live and work in the digital realm, shooting for just about anything.
I live in Madison, Wisconsin with my beautiful wife Janine , out daughter Signe, our dog Sebastian and cat Chloe.

My focus as a wedding photographer is fine art photojournalism, producing elegant candids in either black and white or color. My goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere that results in natural, creative, intimate and beautiful images.
